Most of our clients are not technical people. That is entirely fine — and completely expected. Here are the questions we hear most often.

Do I need to understand technology to use this?

No. You need to be able to describe your workflow to us — what you receive, what you do with it, and what you produce at the end. We do everything else. Your team just logs in and uses the tool we build for you.

What does the setup process actually involve?

We start with a call where you walk us through a typical piece of work. We ask questions, look at your documents, and map out exactly what the automation needs to do. Then we build and test it. You review it before it goes live. The whole setup usually takes a few weeks depending on complexity.

What happens if my process changes or I need something adjusted?

Just get in touch and tell us what changed. Updates to your existing modules are part of the monthly subscription — there is no extra charge for standard adjustments. If you need a completely new module built, we quote that separately before starting.

Is my client data safe?

Yes. Documents you upload are processed and immediately discarded — we do not store them. Every user has their own login with two-step verification. Everything has a full audit trail. We are designed for regulated financial services work, so client data protection is not an afterthought — it is built into how the platform operates.

What if I decide to stop using it?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no long-term contract and no penalty for stopping. We will confirm the cancellation, close your access, and ensure any applicable data is handled correctly.

We are a small practice. Is this really for us?

Especially for you. Larger firms have IT teams and expensive software packages. Small practitioners do not — which means they often end up spending the most time on repetitive admin. Cadence is designed to give small practices the same operational efficiency at a price that makes sense for a small team.

What is included in the A$170/month?

Everything. Platform hosting, security monitoring, all updates to existing modules, and support. You will not receive an unexpected invoice for usage, support calls, or minor changes. The only thing quoted separately is building a brand-new module from scratch.

What are the custom module prices?

It depends on the complexity of what you need built. We always discuss and agree the cost with you before any work begins — no surprises. Get in touch and describe the workflow. We will tell you what it involves and what it would cost.
